Heartwarming Homes: Improving Retrofitting Engagement

Challenge

Heartwarming Homes wanted to create a best-practice toolkit to help housing associations engage and communicate with residents so they are more likely to welcome retrofitting improvements. They wanted to do it in a way that brought the very best behaviour change techniques and models together,

Solution

After they reached out to us, we used the Behaviour Change Com-B model to help them create a toolkit that includes practical advice alongside how to remove barriers to having energy improvement work done. Impact

The toolkit is now used by X organisations to engage with residents on retrofitting,
