Do you want to drive positive behaviour change, save money and measure your impact?

Join Dominic Ridley-Moy, founder of the Behaviour Change Network, for a webinar to run-through of one of his favourite behavioural frameworks, COM-B. Designed by UCL in 2011, it provides you with the tools to define behaviour in a practical and rigorous way, and apply it to the challenges you face today.

In this session, we’ll move beyond theory and into application. You’ll come away with an introduction on how to use COM-B to:

  • Diagnose behavioural problems
  • Identify barriers across Capability (Knowledge), Opportunity (Environmental and Social) and Motivation (Habits, Beliefs and Attitudes)
  • Avoid the common “comms will fix it” trap
  • Design joined-up interventions across service design, policy and communications.

Dominic will take you through some of the design shifts that, when properly aligned, can reduce friction, save money, and improve results.

This session is designed for communications, operational and policy professionals to understand how to apply a behavioural framework.
