Professor Richard Crisp, renowned UK scientist and Founder of Durham University’s Behavioural Science Programme talked about “The Science of the Art of Persuasive Communication”. He joined the Behaviour Change Network for a lunchtime masterclass on how behaviour change theory can be applied to enhance the effectiveness of internal and external communications.



One of the UK’s most influential behavioural scientists, Professor Richard Crisp PhD FAcSS delved into the theory of social influence and how we can harness this power to achieve lasting and effective behaviour change - including examples from his experience applying these techniques as a practising behavioural insights consultant.
